By being external to the Client organization, the results of these assessments are unbiased and not influenced by internal conflicts. If required, Envisage SMEs are also able to perform interim Program Management duties helping the Client find longer term solutions.

Envisage Strategies offers operational and process assessments by assembling a team of experts who closely align to the Client’s business. The SMEs assess processes, identify areas for improvement, determine “realistic” goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and then work with the Client’s internal stakeholders to develop tools to improve the organizations efficiency and effectiveness.
